Moose Snowmobile Trail Reports for Wednesday, February 18, 2026

Published on February 18, 2026

Ohio Ridge Riders Trails February 2026

What a tremendous riding season it has been!

Week after week after week, the trails have been superb, but that run might be coming to an end. Trails all over the North Country have deteriorated to a certain extent compared to what they were the week before.

Although it looks like there will be pockets of cold weather returning the next couple of weeks ahead, we are getting to that time of year where spring like conditions will eventually become very prominent.

To clarify, there is still good riding to be had! Here are some of the latest trail reports we’ve gathered from around the local area:

NOTE: Conditions are likely and do tend to change on a moment’s notice. Be sure to keep checking our website for any updates (you can also check in with your favorite snowmobile clubs for more in-depth details).

Barnes Corners Sno-Pals: Expect changing conditions.

Brantingham Snowmobile Club: Trails conditions are changing and snow is wearing thin.

Long Pond Sno Sled Club: Grooming has been suspended until further notice.

Lost Trail Snowmobile Club: Conditions have deteriorated since last week.

Missing Link Snowmobile Club: Expect changing conditions. Grooming has ceased for now.

Osceola Snowmobile Association: Be mindful for changing conditions.

Ohio Ridge Riders: Groomers have been out, but be mindful of changing conditions.

Old Forge/Town of Webb: Fair to good conditions reported.

Penn Mountain Snow Riders: Groomers have been out, but watch for changing conditions.

Southern Tug Hill Sno-Riders: Groomers are expected to roll this week.

Trackside Blazers: Grooming is expected to be limited until further notice.

Turin Ridge Riders: Tug Hill Trails remain open, some lower trails are CLOSED.

Valley Snow Travelers: Tug Hill trails were groomed Tuesday night.

NOTICE: Local law enforcement and snowmobile club officials are warning all riders to obey any and all rules and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to: respecting closed trails and staying off from private property. Police warn to never snowmobile while intoxicated or under the influence of any substance. Watch your speeds and remember to look out for and give right-of-way to groomers on the trails.
