WATSON- A local woman is accused of intoxicated driving and other offenses after police investigated a motor vehicle crash this week in Lewis County.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Melissa E. Lyndaker, 45, of Lowville, NY was arrested and charged last Sunday with one count each of DWI, driving a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater), speeds not reasonable or prudent and failing to keep right.

Emergency responders were called out last Saturday to reports of a motor vehicle crash on the Number Four Road, town of Watson.

She was released on appearance tickets, which are returnable to Watson Town Court at a later date.
