State Police charge Florida resident with unlicensed operation in Remsen

REMSEN- A person from out of state is accused of unlicensed operation in Oneida County.

Timothy Lee Mooney, 41, of Clearwater, FL was arrested and charged on Wednesday by the New York State Police (Remsen) for one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

Troopers say this charge was issued in the town of Remsen.

At press time, police said that Mooney was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
