Natural Bridge Resident Arrested following Reckless Driving Incident in the Town of Wilna
TOWN OF WILNA-A 39 year old Natural Bridge resident is facing charges following an alleged reckless driving incident in the Town of Wilna late Friday night. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Donnie L. Barrigar with one count each of Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree and Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, both Class A misdemeanors, as well as Reckless Driving and having a suspended registration, both Class U misdemeanors. Barrigar was issued an appearance ticket answerable to the Town of Wilna Court at a later date.
