DIANA- A Lewis County barn went up in flames Friday, leaving one dog dead, according to authorities.
It happened shortly before 11:30 a.m. at 4150 Factory Road, near Natural Bridge, according to the latest from WWNY-TV.
State Police officials confirmed with reporters that this fire claimed the life of one dog. No other injuries were reported.
Emergency responders said a tractor and some clothing went up with the barn, which was reportedly used for storage.
Carthage, Deferiet and Harrisville Fire Departments were all called for support.
No cause was listed as of this report.
