ALBANY, NY- Unemployment rates for the month of June saw little to no change when compared to last-year, as suggested by the latest data provided by the New York Department of Labor.
Lewis County’s unemployment rating had no change from June last-year to this-year, remaining at 3.3%.
Oneida County had a slight drop from 3.5 to 3.3%. The Utica/Rome area and Herkimer County witnessed the same exact changes.
Jefferson County, including Watertown and Fort Drum, witnessed nearly the same trend from 3.5 to 3.4%.
As of this report, New York’s unemployment rating is 4.3%.
