Newport area resident facing child endangerment and criminal mischief charges in Herkimer County

MIDDLEVILLE- A Herkimer County resident is faced with child endangerment and criminal mischief charges.

During the late evening hours on Saturday, Izayah J. Przelski, age 21, of Newport, NY was arrested and charged by the New York State Police (Herkimer) for one misdemeanor count each of acting in a manner injurious to a child (under 17) and criminal mischief (w/intent to damage property).

According to Troopers, these charges stem from a child endangerment complaint late Saturday in the village of Middleville, NY.

At press time, authorities said that Przelski was issued with an appearance ticket.
