
LEWIS COUNTY- The driver of a fuel tank truck that flipped over Wednesday morning in Lewis County was unharmed, according to authorities.
The accident, which happened sometime around 10:15 a.m., occurred on Route 177, near the Hazelnut Road, town of Harrisburg.
When we spoke with the Sheriff's Office, no injuries were reported. However, a portion of Route 177, from the Route 12 intersection to Barnes Corners, was shut down while emergency responders worked the scene.
UPDATE: As of 7:30 a.m. Thursday, September 14, the Lewis County Sheriff's Office confirms that Route 177 has re-opened.
