North Carolina Man Charged with D.W.I. in the Town of Denmark

TOWN OF DENMARK-A 31 year old North Carolina man is facing a D.W.I. charge following an early Tuesday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Denmark. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Michael A. Kuehnle of Gibsonville, North Carolina with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Kuehnle was issued an appearance ticketed returnable to the Town of Denmark Court at a later date.
