Gouverneur Woman Accused of Drug Possession and Motor Vehicle Charges in the Village of Carthage
VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 40 year old Gouverneur woman is facing drug possession and motor vehicle charges following an arrest in the Village of Carthage early Sunday morning. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Erica J. Kirkpatrick with one count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor: Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, and a Suspended Registration Motor Vehicle Violation, both Class U misdemeanors. Kirkpatrick was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Carthage Court at a later date.
