North Country area resident charged with felony burglary in Lewis County, Troopers say

DIANA- A local resident from the North Country is faced with felony burglary and theft charges in Lewis County.

During the early hours on Wednesday, the New York State Police (Watertown) arrested and charged Henry D. Flemming, 50, of Watertown, NY with one felony count each of burglary in the second-degree and grand larceny in the fourth-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed following reports of a domestic incident Tuesday night in the town of Diana.

At press time, Flemming’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
