North Country man accused of DWI in town of Wilna: NYSP

WILNA- A North Country man is accused of intoxicated driving, authorities say.

David C. Baker, 26, of Carthage, NY was arrested Thursday morning by the New York State Police (Carthage). He is officially charged with DWI (first-offense).

According to Troopers, the charge was issued in the town of Wilna.

At press time, police said Baker was issued with an appearance ticket.
