State Police: Lewis County man charged with felony criminal mischief in Croghan

CROGHAN- A local man is accused of a felony offense in the wake of a Lewis County domestic incident this week, authorities say.

Justin J. Munger, 35, of Castorland, NY was arrested Thursday afternoon by the New York State Police (Lowville). He is officially charged with one felony count of criminal mischief in the third-degree.

Troopers say the arrest stems from an alleged town of Croghan dispute reported the same day.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Munger was released on his own recognizance and there were no further details provided.
