North Country man accused of intoxicated driving in town of Lowville, Troopers say

LOWVILLE- A North Country area resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Lewis County.

Shortly before 1:00 a.m. Thursday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged William Francis Collins, 67, of Adams Center, NY with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Lowville.

At press time, police said that Collins was issued with an appearance ticket.
