North Country resident arrested, charged for petit larceny in Lowville, Troopers say

LOWVILLE- A North Country resident is faced with a larceny charge in Lewis County, authorities say.

Titus G. Mono, 37, of Carthage, NY was arrested Sunday evening by the New York State Police (Lowville). Mono is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a larceny complaint filed earlier that same evening in the town of Lowville.

At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.

Mono was issued with an appearance ticket and there were no further details provided.
