LEE- A local resident from Oneida County is faced with a pair of charges stemming from a reported disturbance last-week, authorities say.

Jacob S. Lutz, 29, of Lee Center, NY was arrested Sunday night by the New York State Police (Lee). Lutz is formally charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief (w/intent to damage property) and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (w/o the owner’s consent).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an alleged disturbance in the town of Lee, which was reported to authorities that same evening shortly before 8:00 p.m.

At press time, police said that Lutz was issued with an appearance ticket.
