North Country resident charged with criminal contempt in Croghan

CROGHAN- A local resident is faced with an accusation that stems from a harassment complaint in Lewis County, authorities say.

Seanna S. Carrow, 22, of Carthage, NY was arrested Wednesday evening by the New York State Police (Carthage). Carrow is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobey court order).

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the wake of an alleged harassment incident, which was reported last Saturday in the town of Croghan.

At press time, police said that Carrow was released.

There were no further details available to report.
