North Country resident charged with unlicensed operation in Jefferson County: NYSP

PAMELIA- A Lewis County area resident is charged for alleged unlicensed operation in the North Country.

Last Wednesday, the New York State Police (Watertown) arrested Rebekah Ann Babcock, 23, of Copenhagen, NY with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in the town of Pamelia, Jefferson County.

At press time, police said that Babcock was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
