North Country resident charged with violating court order in Lewis County: TROOPERS

DENMARK- A local resident is accused of disobeying a court order in Lewis County.

On Wednesday afternoon, the New York State Police (Carthage) arrested and charged Travis F. Perkins, 28, of Carthage, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).

Troopers say this arrest stems from a complaint filed in the town of Denmark on September 26.

At press time, Perkins’ arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.
