NOTICE: Town of Webb Police announces that main and administrative phone lines have been merged into one

HERKIMER COUNTY- Town of Webb Police Department's administrative phone line and non-emergency phone line have been merged into one main line using the number that already exists.

Previously, all calls to (315) 369-6515 were immediately forwarded to the Herkimer County 9-1-1 Center, where a dispatcher would answer.

However from this point on, all calls made to the Town of Webb Police will first go directly to the police station. If no one is there to answer, the call will automatically be forwarded to the non-emergency phone line at Herkimer County 9-1-1.

To clarify, the Town of Webb Police administrative phone line is only to be used for NON EMERGENCIES.

In the event where police and/or emergency services are needed, callers are always directed to dial 9-1-1.

In addition, the former administrative phone line (315-369-3157) and former fax line have been disconnected.
