ONEIDA COUNTY- COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 A.M. EST MONDAY.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below. Temperatures as low as 15 below.

* WHERE...Chenango, Madison, Oneida, and Otsego Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 A.M. EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
