NORTHERN ONEIDA COUNTY: WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 P.M. EST THURSDAY EVENING.
* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches with the highest amounts in the Florence, Ava, and Boonville areas. There will be a sharp cutoff to an inch or so just to the south.
* WHERE...Northern Oneida county.
* WHEN...Until 6 P.M. EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Numerous lake effect snow showers through the evening and into the overnight.

* WHERE...Northern Herkimer County.
* WHEN...Until 6 P.M. EST Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions due to snow covered roads. Travel could be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will fall from Route 28 and Old Forge northward to Stillwater Reservoir.
