JEFFERSON, LEWIS & OSWEGO COUNTIES: HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT.

* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible Friday night into Saturday, shifting to the southwest on Saturday.

* WHERE...Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, and Lewis counties.

* WHEN...From Friday evening through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
