CENTRAL NEW YORK/ONEIDA COUNTY: WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 P.M. EDT MONDAY.

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...In New York, Northern Oneida, Yates, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Onondaga, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Madison, Southern Oneida, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome and Delaware counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford county.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected tonight through Monday.
