Winds gusting as high as 45 mph with areas of blowing snow tonight into tomorrow. * WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region, mainly across higher terrain such as the Tug Hill and Western Adirondacks, with lesser amounts across lower terrain including the city of Watertown. * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with snow covered roads and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute on Monday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS..Widespread accumulating snow will create dangerous travel conditions.

Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Northern Herkimer, Hamilton, Northern Warren and Northern Fulton Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Power outages are likely. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy wet snow will taper off by mid morning.
