* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. Most of the accumulation will be across the higher terrain of the Tug Hill Plateau and western foothills of the Adirondacks.
* WHEN...From 6 P.M. Tuesday evening to 2 P.M. EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Snow covered roads will result in slick travel conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.
