NYSP: Carthage man accused of aggravated unlicensed operation

WATERTOWN- A North Country resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Jefferson County, authorities say.

John P. Neddo, 49, of Carthage, NY was arrested Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Carthage). He is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree (three or more suspensions).

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the city of Watertown, NY.

At press time, police said Neddo was released on an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
