NYSP: Carthage resident charged with aggravated DWI, DWI

JEFFERSON COUNTY- A property damage wreck late Wednesday night in Jefferson County has resulted in a DWI arrest.

It was sometime shortly after 10:30 p.m. when the New York State Police arrested and charged Anna M. Peluso, 39, of Carthage, NY for one count each of aggravated DWI (BAC at-least or greater than .18%) and DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in West Carthage, NY. No injuries were reported and police said there was only one vehicle involved.

At press time, authorities said that Peluso was released to a third party.
