NYSP: Cold Brook resident accused of intoxicated driving in Newport

NEWPORT- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving in the Kuyahoora Valley, authorities say.

Dana L. Kelly, 34, of Cold Brook, NY was arrested Saturday evening by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Kelly is officially charged with DWI (first-offense).

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the town of Newport.

At press time, police said Kelly was issued with an appearance ticket.
