NYSP: Cold Brook resident charged with criminal contempt

FAIRFIELD- A local resident from Herkimer County is faced with a pair of charges that stem from a reported domestic dispute this week, authorities say.

Joseph C. Dunn, 52 of Cold Brook, NY was arrested Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Dunn is formally charged with two misdemeanor counts each of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobey court order).

According to Troopers, the charges were filed in the town of Fairfield.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Dunn was released on his own recognizance and there were no further details provided.
