NYSP: Felony aggravated unlicensed operation charged filed against Lewis County resident in Gouverneur

GOUVERNEUR- A local resident is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation in the North Country, authorities say.

Jesse Aaron Blum, 40, of Croghan, NY was arrested Thursday evening by the New York State Police (Gouverneur). Blum is formally charged with one felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree (w/ten or more suspensions).

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the village of Gouverneur, NY, St. Lawrence County.

At press time, police said that Blum was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
