NYSP: Harassment complaint in Cold Brook leads to charges against two suspects

COLD BROOK- A reported harassment case in Herkimer County has resulted in charges filed against a pair of suspects.

On Tuesday, the New York State Police announced the arrests of Daniel Blair, 42, of Cold Brook, NY for one misdemeanor count each of criminal contempt in the second-degree and resisting arrest and Caroline G. Emery, 63, of New Hartford, NY for one misdemeanor count each of obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree and resisting arrest.

According to Troopers, these charges all stem from a reported harassment incident in the village of Cold Brook on Tuesday afternoon.

At press time, Blair’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment, while Emery was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
