Kraft-Heinz company is set to split 10-years after they merged in 2015.

They are known as one of the largest food manufacturers on earth and according to the latest from the Associated Press, brands such as Heinz, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and Kraft Mac & Cheese will soon fall under Global Taste Elevation Co.

Meanwhile, brands such as Maxwell House, Oscar Mayer, Kraft Singles and Lunchables will fall under North American Grocery Co.

It is reported that official names of the two companies will be released at another time. A corporate official from Kraft-Heinz told reporters the transaction should close during the second-half of 2026.

This past spring, the company announced that it was executing a strategic review.

Reports suggest that the net revenue for Kraft-Heinz has fallen every year since 2020, when it experienced a pandemic related bump in sales.

In April, the company lowered its full-year sales and earnings guidance, citing what they called “weaker customer spending” in the U.S. and the impacts from tariffs imposed by President Trump’s administration.
