NYSP: Herkimer County resident accused of petit larceny in town of Ohio

OHIO- A larceny complaint in Herkimer County has resulted in the arrest of a local resident.

On Monday afternoon, the New York State Police (Poland) charged Edward F. Ditata, 21, of Cold Brook, NY with one misdemeanor count of petit larceny. According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an alleged larceny in the town of Ohio earlier that morning.

At press time, police said an investigation was still pending. Meanwhile, Ditata was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
