NYSP: Impaired and unlicensed operation charges filed against local resident in Oneida County

DEERFIELD- A local resident is accused of impaired and unlicensed driving in Oneida County, authorities say.

Daniel E. Blair, 41, of Cold Brook, NY was arrested Tuesday night by the New York State Police (Marcy). Blair is officially charged with one count each of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first-degree and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree (w/3 or more suspensions).

According to Troopers, these charges were all filed in the town of Deerfield. At press time, police said Blair was released to a third party.

There were no further details provided to report.
