NYSP: Jefferson County residents charged with alleged theft and trespass

CHAMPION- Two North Country residents are faced with theft and trespass charges in Jefferson County, authorities say.

Dillon Charles Alexander, 31, of Carthage, NY and Joseph D. Palladino, 33, of Carthage, NY were arrested late Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Carthage). Both suspects are officially charged with one misdemeanor count each of petit larceny and criminal trespass in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges stem from a larceny complaint, which was filed that morning in the town of Champion.

At press time, police said that both Alexander and Palladino were issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
