NYSP: Lewis County resident accused of criminal trespass in town of Denmark

DENMARK- A suspicious person complaint last week in Lewis County has resulted in an accusation filed against a local suspect.

According to the New York State Police (Carthage), Frank Philip Przybylski, 39, of Copenhagen, NY was arrested on Thursday for one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the second-degree (entering or remaining unlawfully in a dwelling).

Troopers say this charge was filed in the town of Denmark and stems from a complaint filed on March 18.

At press time, Przybylski’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
