
TRENTON- A resident from Oneida County is accused of felony DWI with a child, authorities say.
Daniel A. Fluty, 27, of Barneveld, NY was arrested Monday evening by the New York State Police (Remsen). Fluty is officially charged with one felony count of aggravated DWI (w/a child and prior conviction); along with one misdemeanor count each of DWI, operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% or greater) and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to Troopers, these charges were filed shortly before 8:30 p.m. Monday in the town of Trenton.
At press time, Fluty’s arrest status was listed as held.
