NYSP: Local resident accused of intoxicated driving in Oneida County

DEERFIELD- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Oneida County, authorities are reporting.

Leanna R. Putnam, 34, of Remsen, NY was arrested late Tuesday by the New York State Police (Marcy). Putnam is officially charged with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC).

According to Troopers, these charges stem from a traffic stop shortly after 11:00 p.m. that night in the town of Deerfield.

At press time, police said Putnam was released to a third party.
