
CHAMPION- A North Country man is accused in a Jefferson County trespass case, according to authorities.
Michael A. Spellan, 29, of Carthage, NY was arrested Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Carthage). He is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the second-degree.
Troopers say the arrest stems from trespass complaints filed early Monday in the town of Champion. At press time, police said an investigation was pending.
Spellan was issued with an appearance ticket.
