
TRENTON- A resident from the North Country is accused of impaired driving in Oneida County.
Matthew Martin, 35, of Gouverneur, NY was arrested and charged by the New York State Police (Remsen) on Monday morning with one count of operating a motor vehicle (while impaired by drugs – first offense).
According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Trenton. At press time, police said an investigation was pending.
Meanwhile, Martin was issued with an appearance ticket.
There were no further details provided.
