
LYONSDALE- A Southern Lewis County area resident is faced with numerous accusations that stem from a reported disturbance this week.
On Thursday evening, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Jason M. Carraway, 39, of Port Leyden, NY with one felony count of criminal mischief in the third-degree (damage to another person’s property exceeding $250), along with one misdemeanor count each of assault in the third-degree (w/intent to cause physical injury); criminally possessing a weapon in the fourth-degree (w/intent to use); obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree and resisting arrest.
According to Troopers, these charges all stem from a reported disturbance Thursday evening in the town of Lyonsdale.
At press time, authorities said that Carraway was issued with an appearance ticket.
