NYSP UPDATE: Trio of North Country suspects accused of of felony charges allegedly possessed a stolen skid-steer from Watertown

WATERTOWN- State Police authorities have released an update regarding the recent arrests of three North Country residents, who are all accused of felony criminal possession of stolen property in the second-degree.

According to State Police investigators, Randy H. Hartle, 48, of Glen Park, NY, Shayna M. Chatterton, 37, of Watertown, NY and Jesse D. Weeks, 42, of Dexter, NY were all found in possession of a stolen 2021 Bobcat skid-steer, valued at $63,322 and a stolen equipment trailer, valued at $2,500.

Furthermore, police also charged Hartle with a misdemeanor count of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

Investigators say the skid-steer was stolen from a Watertown, NY business.

All three subjects were arraigned in the Town of Croghan Court.

Chatterton was released on her own recognizance, while Hartle and Weeks were remanded to the Lewis County Public Safety Building and held without bail.
