OCSO: Man facing felony and misdemeanor accusations in wake of Floyd domestic incident

FLOYD- A man from Oneida County faces felony accusations stemming from complaints of a domestic incident earlier this week, authorities say.

Luigi Capoccetta (no age provided), of the town of Floyd, NY, was arrested Tuesday by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office. He is officially charged with two felony counts of aggravated family offense, along with two more misdemeanor counts of harassment in the second-degree.

It was at around 9:00 a.m. Tuesday when deputies responded to reports of a physical disturbance at Green Mansion Trailer Park on Soule Road.

Police learned that Capoccetta allegedly fled the scene in an unknown direction before their arrival.

However with that being said, investigation led to Capoccetta’s arrest that same day.

He was taken to the county jail to await his arraignment.
