Old Forge Man Facing Felony Eavesdropping Charge

TOWN OF WEBB- A man from the Western Adirondacks was arrested Saturday morning for a felony harassment charge, following an investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred in the Town of Webb on December 16, 2022.

New York State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged Justin D. Masters, 47, of Old Forge, NY with one count of Eavesdropping, a Class E felony.

Masters was given an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Webb Court at a later date.

The State Police included no additional details in their report.
