Lowville Resident Accused of D.W.I.

TOWN OF HARRISBURG-A 25 year old Lowville resident is facing a D.W.I. charge following a Saturday night vehicle stop in the Town of Harrisburg. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Chanelle M. Berrus with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Berrus was released to a third party and the incident was still pending investigation as of press time.
