ALBANY, NY- On Monday, October 20, 2025, North Country Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush (R, C - Black River) joined North Country News and discussed New York's 'All Electric Buildings Law,' which is aimed to take effect come January 1, 2025.

Though supporters of the law say the goal of New York's 'All Electric Buildings Law' is to advance clean energy initiatives, it appears that several concerns have started to surface, including from lawmakers and contractors who believe this law is not something feasible for the time being.
