BOONVILLE-On Monday, May 18, 2026, Boonville Oneida County Fair spokesperson, Jamie Day, joined North Country News for part-two of our latest on-air series focusing on the the latest developments for the 138th annual fair, aimed for July 28 - August 2.

For this segment, Mrs. Day explains how the fireworks spectacular, which normally coincides with opening night of the fair after the parade, has instead been scheduled to follow the wrestling show Wednesday evening, July 29.
