LOWVILLE- On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, Lewis County Search & Rescue Chief of Operations, Josh Levesque, joined North Country News for his third on-air segment explaining a proposal that would essentially bundle all Lewis County EMS into one functioning agency.

The move drummed up a response from the Southern Lewis County EMS Coalition (see part one and part two of those segments), but Mr. Levesque remains firm in his stance that a move to umbrella all countywide EMS would be beneficial to those who are both paid and volunteer.
