ON-AIR SEGMENT: Lewis County Clerk Jake Moser talks latest New York State DMV points overhaul

LOWVILLE- On Tuesday, Lewis County Clerk, Jake Moser, joined North Country News and discussed New York's latest upcoming overhaul to its DMV points system.

Major things involved include a reduction from 11 to 10 points for when it comes to considering license suspensions.

There are also several other points increases to passing stopped school bus, speeding and others.
